What we collect

Your name, agency name, city, mobile number and email when you register; the routes and dates you search; the suppliers you reveal; your Miles and orders.

Why

To run your account and log you in, show you fares, keep your history, process your Miles orders, prevent misuse, and improve the service.

Verification documents

To approve an agency we ask for any one of a visiting card, an office board photo or GST details, plus a PAN card and a masked Aadhaar (only the last 4 digits visible; we do not ask for the full Aadhaar number). We use them only to verify the agency, keep them private, and delete them on request once the account is closed, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Who sees it

Clickmylinks Holidays staff who run Fare Buster. Your payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not sell your personal data.

How long

While your account is open, and afterwards as long as the law requires us to keep records such as payments.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to info@farebuster.in.

Grievances

For a complaint or grievance, or anything that went wrong, write to info@clickmylinks.in with your registered mobile number and any order or reference number.

Security

Login is by one-time code; we keep only a hash of each code. Data is stored on our own servers with restricted access.
