Miles packs

Miles are delivered to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. Unused paid Miles can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any Miles from that pack; write to us with your order reference.

Used Miles

A reveal delivers its information instantly, so Miles spent on reveals are not refundable. A revealed seller stays visible for 30 minutes; asking again in that time is free, and after it a new reveal is charged again.

Payment problems

If you were charged but did not receive your Miles, write to us with your order reference and payment reference; we will credit the Miles or refund the payment within 7 working days.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, within 7 working days of approval.
